CTI Solutions has been in the IT business since 1980…over 28 years of serving the business community. CTI is a Premier Authorized Service Center and Direct Purchasing Agent for most major manufacturers of IT products. Established in 1980 in Overland Park, KS, CTI Solutions began as a service provider and reseller for Toshiba telecom products. We moved into the mobile IT market in 1984 with the introduction of the first Toshiba notebook computer. We have since migrated into many other areas of IT services and solutions. Most recently we launched a new subsidiary, Level 5 Media Group, to concentrate on our growing Digital Signage business. Today, CTI Solutions is one of the largest and oldest sales and service facilities for IT products from Toshiba, IBM/Lenovo, Dell, HP, Fujitsu, NEC and many more.

Our service centers are the key element in the growth and success of the company. Since becoming one of the first portable computer service centers in the nation in 1984, CTI Solutions has maintained one of the largest stocking warehouses of parts available. Backed by this large inventory and supplemented by our manufacturer’s shipping programs, service at CTI Solutions is fast and dependable.

IDC reports that close to 80% of the total cost of an IT asset is in the back-end services and support…not in the up-front cost of the IT asset! Our customers know they need a partner they can count on for the life of their systems. At CTI Solutions our goal is to establish long-term partnerships with all of our customers.
