Warranty Upgrades
CTI Solutions offers a variety of options for warranty upgrades. Our Extended Service Plans protect you from unforeseen repair costs for up to four (4) years for most manufacturers. If your notebook requires service, you can choose from two service options - depot repair and carry-in repair. With our depot option, your notebook is shipped to one of our depot repair centers, where it is repaired and returned to you. Or, you can choose our carry-in option if you are in the Kansas City, Denver or Dallas areas.
Additional years of Warranty Coverage, On-Site repair, Hot –Swap replacement, Self Maintainer Programs and Accidental Damage Service are just some of the upgrade options available from CTI Solutions
